SMOYFest
July 24-26, 2026
Held annually on the last weekend of July, SMOYFest is a chance for our community to come together for fun, fellowship, and FROGS! We’re excited to welcome back the popular Frog Drop, along with a festive Jimmy Buffett “Cheeseburgers in Paradise” theme on Sunday. Enjoy great music from Parrots of the Caribbean, and get ready to party island-style! So grab your Hawaiian shirts and flip flops, come on down, and kick back with a Margarita—because after all… it’s five o’clock somewhere! Learn more at smoyfest.org.

Found House Host Week, August 9-15
We will be providing meals and support for up to 8 families in the Price Hill Duplex. You can sign up now here. We'll send out reminders and a supply donation list in July. Donations will be due by Wednesday August 5th. Please place them at the Social Action Commission table in the St. Margaret of York Room.
Donations and gift cards are always welcome. Since we no longer provide every meal on-site, we provide the families with Kroger gift cards to meet their needs. Please drop them off at the St Columban or SMOY parish offices or send us a note and we will pick them up.Checks can be made payable to Found House.

Sign Up for New Sessions
of WOW (Wisdom of the Word)
The Word of God is for all of us, whether you are new to Scripture or have studied the Bible for years, there’s a place for you in WOW (Wisdom of the Word). Our study this year will help you understand the “big picture” of the Bible and experience God’s Word in a fresh and meaningful way through weekly meetings, small group conversations and yes, even great food.

Altar Server Training
Altar Servers support and assist the priest and deacon in the celebration of the Eucharist. Servers carry the cross, light the candles, and carry the incense, among other tasks. Each member usually serves at least once per month and sometimes more depending on scheduling and availability.
New Parishioner Welcome Parties
All new parishioners are invited to come and meet your parish family while enjoying light bites and refreshments! Choose the date that works for you! Please RSVP to welcome@smoy.org. Adults only, please.
