Let us help you schedule your next event.

Our parish calendar runs July–June. Each spring, the staff meets to coordinate the liturgical calendar with parish events like sacraments, faith formation, youth ministry, the festival, SMOYFest, and regular ministry meetings.

To reserve space for your ministry, please submit an Event Request Form  (button below) online. If you need help, the eSpace Event Request User Guide is right below the button.

To make sure your ministry is included, please send in requests by April 1. Requests made after the deadline will be scheduled only if space is available.

If you’re submitting later in the year, please check the parish calendar online first. All requests must be submitted at least one week before your event.
