SMOY's Parish Franciscan Jubilee Pilgrimage
We are excited to announce a spring parish pilgrimage! We will travel by bus to the Oldenburg Franciscan Center in Oldenburg, Indiana on Tuesday, June 2, 2026 for a one-day pilgrimage in honor of the Franciscan Jubilee Year.
About the Oldenburg Franciscan Center
The Oldenburg Franciscan Center is part of the Motherhouse of the Sisters of St. Francis. The convent buildings are on the National Historic Site registry as is much of the town of Oldenburg, Indiana. Join us for this beautiful opportunity to reflect on the legacy of St. Francis of Assisi. View website

- Transportation by motorcoach
- Fried chicken lunch catered by Wagner’s Village Inn, a James Beard Award winning restaurant
- Mass with Fr. Ed at the Immaculate Conception Chapel
- Talk about the History of the Sisters of St. Francis
- Visit to the Fatima Shrine
- Time to explore the town of Oldenburg
