Heart and Soul brings the SMOY community together for fun, fellowship, and new experiences.
Come discover community, connection, and joy with Heart & Soul at St. Margaret of York Parish! Open to singles and couples of all ages—though many participants are 50+—this warm, all-inclusive ministry brings people together through friendship, fellowship, and fun-filled events. Whether sharing meals, enjoying entertainment, engaging in prayer, or simply spending time with one another, Heart & Soul offers meaningful opportunities to encounter God through community—just as Jesus did with his followers. If you’re looking for a welcoming place to belong, laugh, grow in faith, and build lasting relationships, we invite you to join us and become part of the Heart & Soul family.

Reminder, no First Friday Coffee and Donuts on April 3rd as we observe Good Friday. Our next First Friday Coffee and Donuts will be on Friday, May 1st after 8:15 am Mass & Rosary.
Monday, April 20th: Tech Talk with Ted Hacker. These popular talks are high informative and interactive. We will meet in the York Room (lower level) from 7 pm to 8:30 pm. Ted will focus his talk on Artificial Intelligence and the impact on our lives.
Thursday, April 23rd, after a LONG winter, join us for Wine Tasting at O’Bryan’s Wine & Spirits from 6:00 pm until 8:30 pm. No cover charge, cash bar set up to enjoy your favorite wine or spirits. Members are welcome to bring a snack or appetizer to share. Space is limited so sign up as soon as the evite is announced.
Friday, May 15, please come to our Parish Family Spring Social at St. Columban from 7:00 - 9:00 pm. Members of H&S and St. Columban PrimeTimers will gather for food, drink, and music provided by the Short-Term Memories Band. Raffles and other fun activities are planned. Last year, we had over 100 attendees. Look for additional details in the evite in the coming weeks.
Save the Date: Monday, May 18th from 7:00 - 8:30pm Gate of Heaven will be here to give an overview and answer questions. Monday, June 15th for an information session from the Council on Aging. Great information for seniors and children of seniors to be aware of the many benefits offered. Tuesday, June 23rd for a night out at the ballpark when our Cincinnati Reds take on the Milwaukee Brewers, first pitch is 7:10 pm. Bus transportation will be provided from Loveland at 4:30 pm.
